Delivery
- Free delivery all over Pakistan.
- Payment is Cash on Delivery — pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
- After you place an order we will confirm it on WhatsApp or by call before dispatch.
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
Returns & Exchange
- If you receive a wrong, damaged or incomplete item, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video of the parcel.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after checking the item.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
